Oxidant in organic cream without parabens or silicones.
Oxidizer easy to mix with pigments, for a long duration and a spectacular color result. Contains organic vegetable oils. No parabens or silicones.
Use: Mix in a bowl (not metallic) a part of color and another of hydrogen peroxide. It should be used depending on the results you want to achieve, volumes 20, 30 or 40.
